FAIRMONT — Rachel R. Plathe and Jordan M. Collins announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Duane Plathe and Karen Plathe, both of Fairmont, Jim Collins of Chanhassen, Brian and Patty Breitbarth of Coon Rapids.

Rachel is employed as a hair stylist at Sport Clips in Eden Prairie.

Jordan works for Sportradar in Minneapolis.

An April 21 wedding is planned in Las Vegas, Nev.
