FAIRMONT– Steve and Kathy Fosness will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends at an open house from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, August 5th, at the Fairmont American Legion Post 36, 300 Downtown Plaza in Fairmont.
