Fairmont track and field has record-setting meet

MANKATO – On Saturday, the Fairmont Cardinals track and field team had a solid outing in the Mankato State University Varsity Showcase which consisted of 40 teams. The Cardinals boys finished 16th, while the girls team took 13th. The teams also broke five indoor school records. Jeremiah Lebbi finished 10th in the boys 60-meter dash, running a 7.2 and setting a Fairmont record for the event.
