Vegetable farm tour slated Saturday
South Central Chapter of the Sustainable Farming Association will host a tour featuring vegetable production from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in Hollandale (just north of Albert Lea). The tour starts with registration at 3 in 1 Restaurant in Hollandale; the tour will begin at 9:30 a.m.; there will be lunch at noon at the restaurant in Hollandale. Rose Lake plans Sunday tournament
There will be a three-person best ball golf tournament on Sunday at Rose Lake Golf Club, east of Fairmont. A breakfast will be available at 8 a.m.; registration will begin at 8:45 a.m.; the golfing will get under way around 9 a.m. The cost is $30; skins will be available. Martin Luther to hold camp activity
There will be an art summer camp for boys and girls from July 14-18 at Martin Luther High School in Northrop. Those in grades 1-4 will do mixed media from 9-11:30 a.m., while grades 5-9 will do clay creations from 12:30-3 p.m. For more information, call Martin Luther at (507) 436-5249.
Hospital retirees to lunch on Monday
Fairmont Community Hospital/Mayo Clinic Health System retirees will meet for lunch 11 a.m. Monday at Green Mill Restaurant, Fairmont. All hospital retirees are encouraged to attend.
Quilters schedule special program

Shepherd of the Lakes hosts VBS
Shepherd of the Lakes Lutheran Church will host its Vacation Bible School program, "Gateway to Galilee" from 6-8 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the church, 323 E. First St., in Fairmont. They also will meet for fishing and fun on Friday night at Gomsrud Park, Fairmont. There is no charge for VBS. Walk-ins are welcome.
