At the time this was passed in BE, it was said this was "state-mandated compliance". Fairmont probably already has the land-use restrictions in place...

WHAT?!?!?! A small town gov't in the middle of no where, that has VERY LITTLE to offer, except THEIR agenda and the mean ol folks of that city are accusing them, their rulers, of over regulation? You ungrateful citizens you. You should be thankful they turn you down and wreck YOUR plans. They're saving you tons of money after all. If they were to actually allow anything like commerce to flow you people would have to pay even higher taxes for these idiot crooks. But, then again, much like the brilliant piece of work in D.C., you people elected them
