I can't complain about any money the county road department spends, Peyman runs a pretty tight budget, and has an excellent crew established. Plus most of our county gravel roads are in better shape then some county black top roads in other counties.

The state doesn't sealcoat many of their roads (like the interstate) because they are concrete, you don't sealcoat concrete. They DO sealcoat their blacktops. Sealcoating is accepted by almost every professional in the field as being a worthwhile investment. But I'm sure like almost every other topic you think you know better with your seventh grade education than the professionals that have degrees in that field.
