To the Editor:

I would like to thank the Sentinel for its coverage of the accident that occurred Saturday night and the story of the homeowners who miraculously came out of it unharmed.

While I was there on site for much of it helping my clients, the real credit should go to the Fairmont Fire Department, officers Chad Sanow and Jamie Blees, and State Trooper Kyle Froelich.

Also thanks to Nick at Richard’s Auto for his professional removal of the vehicle from the home.

It’s too bad that it takes accidents like this for these people to be recognized in a positive manner, but I saw it firsthand and they are truly remarkable as are all of our first responders in Fairmont and Martin County.
