ELMORE — Funeral services for Walter W. Haler, 85, of Elmore, Minn., will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at the East Chain Evangelical Free Church in East Chain. Full military honors will be provided by Lee C. Prentice American Legion Post #36 and Martin County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1222. Burial will be held following the service in the East Chain Evangelical Free Church Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, at East Chain Evangelical Free Church in East Chain. Those wishing to view the service will be able to do so at a later date on www.eastchain.com. Walter passed away Monday, Sept. 20, 2021 at his home in Elmore, Minn. Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
