Carlson died peacefully Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Health System-St. Mary’s Campus in Rochester, Minn. Visitation will be from 1-4 p.m. March 14, at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont, and one hour prior to the service March 15 at the church. The family asks that people are mindful of social distancing guidelines, the wearing of masks and best practices in helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The number of people in attendance at the service and visitation will be monitored.
