WELCOME — A celebration of life service for Todd L. Rosenberg, 53, of rural Fairmont will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Welcome. Burial will be in St. Paul’s United Church of Christ Cemetery, Welcome.

Rosenberg died Monday afternoon, Sept. 14, 2020, at his farm in Rolling Green Township, rural Fairmont. Visitation will be 3-5 p.m. Sunday in the fellowship hall at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Welcome, and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church. Social distancing will be observed and masks are required.

Kramer Family Funeral Home in Welcome is in charge of arrangements.
