LANCASTER, Wis. — Patricia “Pat” Gloria Siemens, age 65, of Lancaster, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.

A celebration of life for Pat, wife of Dale Siemens, formerly of Lakota, Iowa, will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, 2020, at the Waldorf Community Center, 109 Main St., in Waldorf, Minn. The family will greet from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Lunch will be served. Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is serving the family.

She was born Feb. 10, 1955, at Mason City Hospital in Mason City, Iowa, the daughter of Jim and Gloria Mathews. Pat graduated from Mason City High School in 1973. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in music with a minor in Special Education from Mankato State in Mankato, Minn.

She taught vocal music in Algona, Iowa, and continued teaching after moving to Wisconsin in 2001. Pat taught in Verona and Boscobel before retiring due to health issues. This was a hard decision as she cherished her time teaching her students. She enjoyed giving vocal and piano lessons, gardening and spending time with grandchildren.

Pat was united in marriage to Dale Siemens in Lakota, Iowa, on Aug. 2, 1997, where they resided until their move to Wisconsin.

Survivors include her husband, Dale; her sons, David (Marisa) Vaale, Michael (Jena) Vaale, and Thomas (Jasmine) Vaale; and 10 grandchildren.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents.
