MANKATO — A memorial service for Joyce E. Malcolm, 84, of Mankato, formerly of Fairmont and Northfield, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Fairmont.

Malcolm died Friday afternoon, Jan. 10, 2020, at Ecumen Pathstone Living in Mankato. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Friday at the funeral home in Fairmont. Because of COVID-19 guidelines, social distancing guidelines will be observed and the number of guests allowed for the visitation and service will be monitored. The family also requests those who attend wear a mask.

Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.

Joyce Evelyn Malcolm was born March 22, 1935, in Fairmont to Frank and Evelyn (Olson) Malcolm.

Survivors include: her sisters, Jean Swanson of Ellsworth, Wis., and Rita Rippentrop of Swea City, Iowa; brothers, James Malcolm of Mankato, and Alan Malcolm of Eagan.
