EAST CHAIN — A funeral service for Edmund “Morris” Johanson, 94, of East Chain will be 11 a.m. Sept. 5 at the East Chain Lutheran Church. Burial, with full military honors provided by Lee C. Prentice American Legion Post 36 and Martin County Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1222, will follow the service in the East Chain Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Johanson died Tuesday evening, Aug. 27, 2019, at the Lakeview Methodist Health Care Center in Fairmont. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont.

Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
