DULUTH — Jacob “Jake” J. Sabin, 47, of Duluth, Minn., died Friday, July 12, 2019, as a result of a traffic accident. A private interment will be held at a later date.

Jake grew up in Fairmont, Minn., and as a young adult moved to Duluth, where he worked in the tree-trimming industry.

Jake was an avid hunter and fisherman. His greatest love was spending time with his children.

Jake is survived by his children, Jax (11) and Jada (9); mother and stepfather, Debra and Bob Engman; and brother Brent (Rhonda, Nick and Ella).

He was preceded in death by his father, David Sabin.
