Evelyn was born November 23, 1934, at Winnebago, MN, the daughter of Earl and Blanche (Deal) Park.

Evelyn is survived by her husband Gerald of Blue Earth, sons; Steven Henke of Baxter, Craig of North Mankato, Dale Henke of Blue Earth, Jon Henke of Brainerd, sister; Erleen Griffith of Bend, OR, daughter-in-law Christine Henke Kvasnicka of Edina, 12 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
