ST. JAMES — Celebration of Life services for Kathleen Holland, 89, of St. James, formerly of rural Butterfield, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church in Odin. Burial will be in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, rural Odin.

Holland died Saturday afternoon, April 27, 2019, at Pleasant View Good Samaritan Home in St. James. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Wednesday at the church.

Kramer Family Funeral Home of Trimont is in charge of arrangements.

Kathleen Ann Carter was born March 29, 1930, in Badger, Iowa, to Clinton H. Carter, Jr. and Irene (Ausen) Carter.

Survivors include: her husband of 71 years, Milo; daughter, Susan Anderson of Richmond, Minn.; sons, Joel Holland of Odin, Charles Holland of Marshall; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Beverly DeWall, Patricia Lenz, and Judy Kramer.
