JACKSON — A funeral service for Elizabeth Lev, 94, of Jackson, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Jackson.

Lev died Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Society in Jackson. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.

Osterberg Funeral Home of Jackson is in charge of arrangements.

Elizabeth “Betty” Mary (Kocak) Lev was born Aug. 16, 1923, on the family farm in Minneota Township, Jackson County, to Andrew Kocak Sr. and Mary (Stinar) Kocak.

Survivors include: her children, Linda VandeBrake of Georgetown, Texas, Mike Lev of Jackson, Carol Hansen of Augusta, Ga., and Bill Lev of Sioux Falls, S.D.: seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandsons; and son-in-law, John Hansen.
