SHERBURN — A Celebration of Life service for Willard Peters, 93, of rural Sherburn, will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Sherburn. Burial, with military honors by Thomas P. Saxton American Legion Post 356 and the Sherburn VFW Post 8261, will be in the Sherburn Cemetery.

Peters died Monday morning, July 3, 2017, at the Good Samaritan Society in Jackson. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Kramer Family Funeral Home in Sherburn, and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church. A Masonic service by Chain of Lakes Lodge 64 of Fairmont will be 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Kramer Family Funeral Home of Sherburn is in charge of arrangements.
