9:04 a.m. — A complaint of fraud was reported in the 200 block of East Amber Lake Drive. Police are continuing an investigation.

9:48 a.m. — A disturbance, disorderly conduct or nuisance complaint was reported in the 500 block of South Prairie Avenue. Police resolved the civil issue.

10:16 a.m. — A complaint of fraud was reported in the 900 block of Victoria Street.
