9:24 a.m. — A parking complaint was reported in the 300 block of West Lair Road.

1:28 p.m. — A parking complaint was reported in the 400 block of North Park Street. Police issued a verbal warning.

5:15 p.m. — Harassment was reported in the 200 block of Lake Avenue.

6:16 p.m. — An animal complaint was reported in Fairmont. Police transported the animal.

6:42 p.m. — A noise complaint was reported at Second and Hampton streets. The noise had ended when police arrived.

7:59 p.m. — Theft was reported in the 1200 block of Torgerson Drive. Police deemed the call unfounded.

8:49 p.m. — A call about narcotics was received from the 1400 block of Johnson Street.

9:03 p.m. — An animal complaint was reported in the first block of Downtown Plaza. Police issued a citation.

1:03 a.m. — An adult was arrested following a call about someone driving while intoxicated at Park and Tilden streets.

3:43 a.m. — A driving complaint was reported at Prairie Avenue and Victoria Street.

7:40 a.m. — An animal complaint was reported at Blue Earth Avenue and Dewey Street. Police rendered assistance.

10:45 a.m. — Suspicious circumstances were reported in the 1200 block of Torgerson Drive. Police assisted.

4:55 p.m. — Suspicious circumstances were reported at Second Street and Prairie Avenue.
