1:55 p.m. — Police received a report of a civil disturbance in the first block of Downtown Plaza.

2:11 p.m. — Police received a report of a disturbance in the 2000 block of Albion Avenue.

6:07 p.m. — Police assisted an ambulance in the 500 block of Home Street.

8:30 p.m. — Police received a report of narcotics in the 500 block of Home Street.

Monday, Dec. 31

8:23 a.m. — An animal complaint was reported in the 500 block of South Prairie Avenue. The animal was gone when police arrived.

12:04 p.m. — An animal complaint was reported in the 800 block of South Park Street. Police were not able to locate the animal.

12:42 p.m. — A civil matter was reported in the first block of Downtown Plaza. An adult was arrested.

12:47 p.m. — Police assisted the ambulance in the 400 block of Forest Street.

2:44 p.m. — An animal complaint was reported on George Lake. Police assisted.

Monday, Dec. 31

10:51 a.m. — An animal complaint was reported in Granada.

2:36 p.m. — An animal complaint was reported in the 1500 block of 196th Street, rural Martin County.

3:04 p.m. — A driving complaint was reported at 120th Street and Highway 263, rural Welcome.

5:18 p.m. — A suspicious person was reported in the 1800 block of 110th Street, rural Fairmont. The person was gone when a deputy arrived.
