Philip C. Benjamin, 43, of Shakopee was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charges of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $30 and speeding; fined $50, and driver must carry proof of insurance when operation vehicle; fined $200.

Sentenced to jail 365 days, stay 335 days for two years credit for tim served: four days, two years supervised probation, defendant is to serve the remaining jail term on Electronic Home Monitoring with Alco Sensor. This should be in place on or before 9/17/2021 at 4:00 p.m. Report date amended from 9-10-21 to 9-17-21. This should be in place on or before 9/17/2021 at 4:00 p.m. Concurrent with count 1. Report date changed from 9-10-21 to 9-17-21.

Madonna M. Thiner, 54, of Mankato was convicted of DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure; fined $935.
