Jeremy M. Moore, 40, of Sherburn received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, if assessment is completed, provide copy of assessment to probation agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, continue individual therapy until discharged by therapist, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Vlieger, 20, of Sherburn was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete a comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, were both dismissed.

Harry Maddox, III, 66, of St. Paul was convicted of check forgery-make or alter a check; fined $481.58, restitution $96.58, sentenced to jail 290 days, credit for time served 290 days. An additional charge of identity theft-transfer/possess/use identity of other person was dismissed.

Dustin P. Rahm, 42, of Fairmont had a charge of rent vehicle to unlicensed driver continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Bryan G. Grotte, 23, of Fairmont had a charge of fail to stop at red light/no turn on red continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Shane M. Kuehl, 50, of Truman was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete a comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. An additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.
