Keya M. Ricard, 37, of Trimont was convicted of falsely reporting a crime; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation agent and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Alexander J. Garcia Rodriguez, 31, of Providence, R.I. was convicted of no or inoperative breakaway brakes; fined $185. Also convicted of no or inoperative trailer brakes; fined $100.

Speeding — Caitlin B. Pohlman, 24, of Truman; fined $135.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Gilbert C. Corn, 50, of Milwaukee, Wis.; fined $110.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Chandler J. Karl, 24, of Elmore; fined $135.

Jessie J. Cassidy, 36, of Swea City, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $910, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed two years, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, successfully complete outpatient treatment including aftercare, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Keylow L. Harper, 37, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $435. Also convicted of speeding; fined $150.

Kerry W. Kubacki, 56, of Milwaukee, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
