Melissa E. Johnson, 44, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter the Walmart store in Fairmont, no same or similar.

Robert L. Schroepfer, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no same or similar.

Jared R. Green, 26, of Granada was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar.

Nathan T. Nowak, 33, of Welcome had a charge of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle continued for dismissal; fined $100, three months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Megan A. Sedivy, 34, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30. Also convicted of fail to change address or name within 30 days; fined $20.

John W. Boyd, 28, of St. James was convicted of onstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $485, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days, write letter of apology and provide to current probation agent and if provided within 30 days then $150 can be reduced from the fine. Additional charge of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle was dismissed.
