Tyler D. Neal, 39, of North Mankato received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $75, sentenced to jail 81 days, credit for time served 81 days, two years supervised probation, community work service three days for one year, contact probation officer as directed, supply documentation for medical marijuana, continue ongoing individual therapy care with agent-approved therapist, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Naomi L. Bertram, 55, of Hewitt was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentence to jail 365 days, stayed 330 days for two years, credit for time served five days, can serve remaining jail sentence on EHM with alco-sensor at defendant’s expense, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, comply with ignition interlock program, complete comprehensive chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Shawn P. Richards, 45, of Elmore had a charge of failure to drive with due care continued for dismissal; fined $4,125.60, restitution $4,125.60, 90 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Elijah L. Vlieger, 18, of Granada had a charge of failure to use designated lane continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar. Also had a charge of no insurance-driver violation continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar. Also had a charge of hit and run-damage to property along road continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Alexandria J. Heuer, 32, of Garden City was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail nine days, credit for time served nine days. Also convicted on a separate charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail six days, credit for time served six days. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.
