Driving after revocation — Andrew E. Sowl, 38, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Kyle E. Lorentz-Taylor, 37, of Sanborn; fined $285.

Kashis C. Dilks-Smith, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days.

Bryan N. Schultze, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, no same or similar.

Kevin B. Williams, 71 of Fairmont was convicted of driver fails to stop for stop sign; sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Andrew L. Petersen, 36, of Dunnell was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of substance not heroin; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 33 months, give a DNA sample when directed, concurrent with other case. Also convicted on a felony charge of receiving stolen property; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 17 months, give a DNA sample when directed, pay restitution if filed within 30 days. Also convicted on a separate felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of substance not heroin; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 39 months, give a DNA sample when directed. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, possess ammo of any firearm-previous felony conviction, were all dismissed.

Kyle W. Else, 48, of Lewisville was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no motorcycle endorsement (must have with); fined $50.

Marcella Garcia, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $185. Additional charge of fail to change address or name within 30 days was dismissed.

Henry P. Burbach, 21, of Elm Grove, Wis. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
