Xavier R. Calvet, 41, of Spain was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways; fined $100.

Branden A. Hendrickson, 23, of Rochester was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $100, sentenced to jail 148 days, credit for time served 14 days. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.

Speeding — Ovanny Astacio-Medina, 46, of Woodbridge, N.J.; fined $145.

Chardonnay M. Carreras, 20, of Easton, Pa.; fined $385.

Staci L. Bonin, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Jeffrey J. Hansen, 33, of Jacksonville, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Brittany Sadie M. Wiederhoeft, 27, of Elmore had a charge of driver approaching yield sign fails to yield to crossing vehicles or pedestrians continued for dismissal; fined $90, 90 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
