Piper B. Lebert, 17, of Fairmont; fined $225.

Windshield covered with frost or steam to prevent proper vision — Charles F. Lund, 68, of Fairmont; fined $125.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Ryan M. Foley, 44, of Sparta, Wis.; fined $185.

Sheila J. Jones, 48, of Albert Lea was convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. An additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, and a misdemeanor charge of possess ammo of any firearm-previous felony conviction, were both dismissed.

Mark C. York Potter, 41, of Ceylon received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, report to agent as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations for evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same similar, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.

Timothy D. Urrutia, 30, of Truman was convicted on a felony charge of crime of violence-firearm or ammunition violation; fined $160, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 45 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional felony charges of first-degree burglary-occupied dwelling-non-accomplice present, first-degree burglary-assault of person in building on property, and first-degree burglary-possess dangerous weapon or explosives, were all dismissed.

Jordan J. Peterson, 37, of Trimont was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $235. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $235.

Hannah R. Wolters, 26, of Truman had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Vicki A. Schulte, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request was dismissed.

John H. Helt III, 42, of Worthington was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.
