Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways — Thomas J. Eyanson, 24, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Brittley R. Talamantes, 26, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Roger H. Heinrich, 74, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, no same or similar.

Felipe Chilel Lopez, 44, of Worthington was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $285. Additional charge of traffic collision-driver involved fails to stop for collision with driven or unattended vehicle was dismissed.

Javon L. Davis, 34, of Minneapolis was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200.

Mason M. Bliesmer, 20, of Sherburn was convicted of underage drinking and driving; fined $385, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol-related traffic offenses, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing. Additional charge of vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark was dismissed.

Brandon D. Buesing, 32, of Welcome was convicted of disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace; fined $185. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.
