Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Loren B. Espeland, 29, of Winnebago; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Manuel Esqueda, 30, of St. James; fined $285.

Jordan D. Baka,, 27, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor, failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, and open bottle law violation, were all dismissed.

Phylicia R. Gildart, 26, of Neenah, Wis. was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of drivers license-instruction permit requirements violations for persons 18 years or older; fined $135. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Julius A. McClellan, 38, of Rockford, Ill. was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution to remain open for 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charge of traffic collision-failure to notify owner of damaged property was dismissed.

Marco A. Zavala, 38, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
