Watson, 28, of New Ulm was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $118.16, restitution $18.16, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Kum & Go in Sherburn during term of probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Bartz, 35, of Blue Earth received an amended court on a charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 21 days, defendant is allowed Huber work release if meets jail’s qualifications, can do STS while in jail if qualified. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100.

Kaitlyn M. Dylla, 18, of Faribault was convicted of possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of open bottle law-possession; fined $100.
