Bobbi L. Bowker, 32, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 80 days for two years, credit for time served 10 days, two years supervised probation, follow current treatment plan and follow all recommendations including aftercare recommendations from chemical dependency provider, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days. Additional charge of fourth-degree assault of peace officer-throws/transfers bodily fluids or feces at or onto a peace officer was dismissed.

Joe A. Garcia, 33, of Wells was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 245 days for two years, credit for time served 78 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment including residential treatment and aftercare, no contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of domestic assault; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 78 days. Additional felony charges of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm, were both dismissed.

Michael A. Arrazolo, 29, of Mankato was convicted of obstruct legal process-lawful execution of legal process; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, obtain chemical dependency assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Ronald L. Hoppe, 66, of Delavan had a charge of disorderly conduct continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
