Kafka, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree criminal sex conduct-nonconsensual sex contact; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, psychological-sexual evaluation within 45 days and follow all recommendations, submit to Domestic No Contact (DANCO), predatory offender registration required, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of violation of DANCO was dismissed.
