Joshua I. Kafka, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree criminal sex conduct-nonconsensual sex contact; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 358 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, psychological-sexual evaluation within 45 days and follow all recommendations, submit to Domestic No Contact (DANCO), predatory offender registration required, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of violation of DANCO was dismissed.

Sky L. Christensen, 32, of Blue Earth was convicted of make emergency call to police/fire/medical/ambulance and no emergency; fined $100. Additional charge of make or initiate call knowing no emergency exists with intent to disrupt or interfere with emergency protocols was dismissed.

Zachary J. Rumley, 26, of Delavan was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, restitution reserved for 60 days.

Gloria E. Campos Lopez, 47, of Mankato had a charge of operate motor vehicle after license cancellation/revocation/suspension continued for dismissal; six months probation to the court, no driving violations for six months, no same or similar.
