Edgar Cruz, 26, of Richfield; Jason R. Vickery, 50, of Yorkville, Ill.; each fined $145.

Failure to obtain new drivers license after changing name or address — Collin S. McNicol, 20, of Winnebago; fined $105.

Hands free law-access video content/images/games/software applications — Kory D. Michalke, 43, of Mankato; fined $135.

Giovan B. Colon, 22, of Edinburg, Texas was convicted of passing parked authorized vehicle-more than two lanes in one direction; fined $135. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $40.

Bradley E. Wadkins, 58, of Granada was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Kay B. Johnson, 60, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Maggie M. McDonald, 19, of Rochester received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,000, sentenced to jail 10 days, credit for time served 10 days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, report to agent as directed, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cooperate with medication management, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Emily B. Morse, 35, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 34 days, can attend inpatient treatment intake appointments, five years supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
