Rebekah S. Thate, 20, of Truman received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, was dismissed.

Benjamin D. Morrow, 40, of Mapleton was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of third-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, open bottle law-possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were all dismissed.

Lila A. Boaz, 43, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, maintain insurance on vehicles, no same or similar. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $135. Additional charge of ownership/registration of cars and trucks-fail to submit register within 10 days, was dismissed.

Oscar O. Rojas Rosado, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $100. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.

Joshua J. Thate, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, no contact with victim(s), take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, no same or similar. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.

Michele M. Turner, 72, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.
