Unlawful deposit of garbage, litter or like — Jonathan L. Wilton, 34, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Pedro L. Diaz, 21, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Danika J. Freeman, 30, of (homeless) received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $700, sentenced to jail 38 days, credit for time served 38 days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, complete chemical assessment within 30 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000; fined $2,007.53, restitution $2,007.53, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 354 days for two years, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, pay restitution within two years, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain employment, maintain employment, write letter of apology, no contact with victim(s), obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of failure of driver involved to stop for collision-driven or attended vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.

Stephanie M. Reynolds, 29, of Ceylon was convicted of vehicle registration violation-intent to escape tax; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and vehicle title violation-fail to mail or deliver certificate of title to department within specified timeframes, were both dismissed.

Erik V. Godwin, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. Also convicted of fish and game violation-open season for angling-springfish run (closed season); fined $60. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.
