Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Dominic D. Maakestad, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no same or similar. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Susan M. Moscoffian Sigala, 40, of Truman had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $252.17, restitution $252.17, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same similar.

Aaron J. Munoz, 18, of Jackson was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and pay costs, no same or similar. Additional charges of underage drinking and driving, and underage alcohol consumption, were both dismissed.

Cecilia P. Perez Muz, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a licensed physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Tory A. Risk, 20, of Fairmont had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; fined $330.60, restitution $330.60, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same similar.

Tyson J. Roskop, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
