Failure of driver to stop for stop sign — Nicholas T. Lorentz, 41, of Wells; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Jonathan P. Groeneweg, 35, of Eagan; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Robert C. Sundberg, 24, of Granada; fined $285.

Jenna L. Scott, 41, of Madelia received a stay of adjudication on a charge of giving peace officer a false name; one year probation to the court, remain law-abiding, no same or similar. Additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Nathan E. Williams, 28, of Mankato was convicted on two separate charges of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185 for each charge.

DISTRICT COURT

Speeding — Isaac L. Woods, 20, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $125.

Caleb S. Copeland, 27, of Schaumburg, Ill.; fined $135.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Jorge A. Morales Gonzalez, 40, of Bancroft, Iowa; fined $110.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Dale R. Dailey II, 28, of Granada; fined $135.

Dakota M. Willis Knight, 19, of Sherburn was convicted of emergency telephone calls or communications- interrupt, interfere, impede, or disrupt 911 call; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 343 days for two years, credit for time served 22 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, remain law-abiding, no contact with victim(s), follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another was dismissed.

Deonna L. Crissinger, 21, of Sherburn was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-more than 1.4 grams; fined $235. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.
