Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Kendrick C. Bates, 36, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

License plate covers clear or colored — Carly R. Campbell, 20, of Brandon, S.D.; fined $115.

Front and rear license plates required — Ryan G. Honnette, 41, of Jackson; fined $115.

No Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Jonathan A. Melendez, 27, of Mankato; fined $185.

Underage alcohol consumption — Thai A. Risk, 19, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No or inoperative breakaway brakes — James P. Cole Jr., 42, of Emmetsburg, Iowa; fined $185.

Nicole L. Whitlow, 42, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of no insurance-owner violation, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Antonio M. Trice, 33, of Jackson was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, defendant can pay fine or complete six days of sentence to service within 90 days.

Susanne M. Garlinghouse, 55, of Sherburn was convicted of possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $235. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $50.

Isaias A. Rodriguez, 28, of Greenbelt, Md., was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of defrosting required; fined $40.

David C. Crawford, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; sentenced to jail 17 days, credit for time served 17 days. Additional charge of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction was dismissed.

Lisa M. Trueblood, 36, of Welcome was convicted of trespassing-occupy or enter locked or posted dwelling or building; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 29 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, stayed reasonable distance from victim’s residence, excluded from Friendship Village, no same or similar.

Blaine C. Griese, 18, of Armstrong, Iowa, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
