Homero A. Gutierrez, 32, of North Mankato; fined $225.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Lu Reh, 24, of Austin; Ronald D. Fiedler, 52, of Walters; each fined $110.

Headlights/taillights to be displayed sunset or sunrise — Boe Reh, 30, of Austin; fined $125.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Shane A. Hassing, 34, of Easton; fined $135.

Charles F. Kealy, 39, of Oakdale was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 68 months, give a DNA sample when directed. Also convicted on a felony charge of receiving stolen property; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months. Also convicted on a felony charge of theft; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 23 months. Four felony charges of first-degree damage to property-foreseeable risk of bodily harm, first-degree assault-use of deadly force against peace officer, fourth-degree assault of a peace officer, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, were all dismissed.

Cole D. Lauck, 24, of Salem, S.D., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Jerald F. Shay, 44, of Albert Lea was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

April B. Lind, 35, of Blue Earth received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance; fined $500, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the Rule 25 chemical dependency evaluation completed 11/4/19, address mental health concerns and set up individual counseling with qualified professional, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Marisa K. Moldan, 26, of Truman was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Ryan M. Carlson Jr., 19, of Wells was convicted of underage possession of alcohol; fined $185. Also convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $50.
