Improperly worn seat belt — Maria DeJesus Delreal, 32, of Sioux City, Iowa; fined $110.

Possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration — James W. Tangen, 20, of Minnesota Lake; fined $135.

Zachary M. Garcia, 27, of Emmons was convicted of domestic assault; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow recommendations, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no assault or disorderly conduct, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. A felony charge of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and a misdemeanor charge of fifth-degree assault, were both dismissed.

Diana M. Santiago, 41, of Bricelyn was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Taylor D. Smith, 38, of Elmore received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $750, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency evaluation completed 5/28/19, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Cain B. Waltermann, 38, of Winnebago was convicted on a felony charge of receiving stolen property; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 26months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 57 days, credit for time served 57 days, five years supervised probation, restitution ro remain open for 30 days, follow all recommendations of the Rule 25 assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of receiving stolen property, and a misdemeanor charge of receiving stolen property, were both dismissed.
