Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Sheldon M. Goodrich, 59, of Easton; Benjamin M. Van Houten, 30, of Holstein, Iowa; each fined $110.

Child passenger restraint system improperly worn or used — Sarah J. Tolzmann, 36, of Walters; fined $135.

Failure of driver to stop at stop sign — Jeff M. Ignaszewski, 42, of Wells; fined $135.

Unlawful deposit or garbage, litter or like — Chad E. Whelan, 30, of Bricelyn; fined $185.

Anthony D. Langfald, 32, of Lake Mills, Iowa, was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served two days, may serve balance of jail time on house arrest with alcohol monitoring, two years supervised probation, complete chemical dependency evaluation within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.

Cody M. Leitner, 24, of Winnebago received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $125, six months unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no misdemeanor moving violations, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Rebecca P. Draeger, 24, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.

Ashley R. Fraser, 34, of Owatonna was convicted of open bottle in motor vehicle; fined $185. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $100.

Shane E. Moore, 46, of Rochester was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
