Theresa M. Revland, 20, of Ceylon received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, community work service eight hours for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Melissa R. Householder, 42, of Fenton, Iowa received a stay of adjudication on a charge of traffic violation-emergency vehicles-slow down, proceed with caution at red stop lights and stop signs; fined $200, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway was dismissed.

Debra M. Saunders, 59, of Odin was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $245.67, restitution $160.67, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, no same or similar.

Ernesto J. Torres, 46, of Blue Earth was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Wayne A. Nasby, 68, of Fairmont was convicted of CMV violation-operated CMV without CDL that meets standards of the state or jurisdiction of domicile; fined $185. Additional charge of CMV violation-no Minnesota annual inspection decal for trailer was dismissed.

Brittany A. Ross, 22, of Welcome was convicted of operate ATV or snowmobile under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar.
