Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Derek H. Kapaun, 64, of Easton; Joel G. Kruger, 39, of Wells; each fined $110.

CMV violation-over 20,000 single axle (10-ton) (paved) — Zachary R. Menden, 35, of Shakopee; fined $485.

Jeremy G. Sailor, 43, of Vernon Center was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Blake H. Boyd, 41, of Brook Park received a stay of adjudication on a charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $200, sentenced to jail 21 days, credit for time served 21 days, one year supervised probation, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency.

Jaryd M. Johnson, 20, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted on two separate charges of possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $235 for the first charge and $150 for the second charge. Also convicted on two separate charges of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $50 for each charge.

Hands-free law-initiate, compose, send, retrieve or read electronic message — Mindy A. Vaughn, 39, of Cresco, Iowa; fined $135.

No Minnesota driver’s license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL) — Victoria A. Warwien, 36, of Rochester; fined $185.

Haylee Jo Vonholdt, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days.
