Also convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 312 days for two years, credit for time served 53 days, two years supervised probation, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency evaluation, domestic abuse counseling/treatment and follow recommendations including care and aftercare, no trespassing, follow Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for two years, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 312 days for two years, credit for time served 53 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment and enter into treatment within 30 days, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of violation of DANCO; sentenced to jail 53 days, credit for time served 53 days. Also convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $98.64, restitution $13.64, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days. Additional charges of interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 emergency call, domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection, and obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, were all dismissed.

Caleb L. Nowak, 29, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of trespass-return to property within one year; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, don’t enter any Kwik Trip properties, no same or similar.

Michelle M. Cline, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $205, restitution $120, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 50 days for six months, credit for time served 40 days, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution.
