No Minnesota drivers license — Ryan J. McMahon, 21, of Aurora, Colo.; Martin Gasca, 31, of St. James; each fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Jorge Alvarez, 53, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Joseph R. Simenson, 28, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Theron D. Ibarra, 37, of Trimont was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge.

Isaac E. Donnelly, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50.

Kayla K. Kelling, 30, of North Mankato was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days. Also convicted of fail to mail or deliver certificate of title to department within time frames specified; fined $200, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, concurrent with other charge. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Josias A. Ballard, 20, of Winter Haven Fla. was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $135. Also convicted of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grams; fined $50.
