Fish and game violation-take fish without license — Ronald J. Griffey, 30, of Blue Earth; fined $185.
Richard D. Wolner, 76, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, serve 15 days in jail and 75 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of the evaluation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of driving restrictions-alcohol/controlled substance violations, and open bottle law-possession violation, were both dismissed.
Mycah M. Bliesmer, 25, of Dunnell was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-no permanent marking of transmittance and reflectance; fined $50.
Richard P. Burback, 33, of Granada was convicted of public nuisance-junk accumulation; fined $185. Also convicted of inoperable motor vehicle; fined $100.
