Tessa L. Johnson, 35, of Blue Earth received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of aiding an offender; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, was both dismissed.

Lindsay Jo Sunken, 33, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $85, sentenced to jail 43 days, credit for time served 43 days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for 90 days, follow all the recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment from 7/3/19, successfully complete residential substance abuse treatment program and follow recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Alan M. Greiner, 41, of Burt, Iowa was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Javier R. Rivero, 34, of Tampa, Fla., was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.
