Speeding — Trent J. Mason, 42, of Hamilton, Mont.; fined $125.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Michael V. Kusnerik, 35, of Lincoln, Ill.; fined $185.

Driving without a valid driver’s license or vehicle/class type — Lori K. Farley, 49, of Wells; Adonay A. Sanchz, 27, of Wells; each fined $185.

Tammy S. Thomas, 55, of Wells was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Macey S. Johnson, 24, of Freeborn was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications if recommended by chemical assessment, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of speeding, and open bottle law violation-possession, were both dismissed.

William J. Vanhavermaet, 57, of Sauk Centre was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of unsafe passing on right; fined $50.

MARTIN COUNTY

DISTRICT COURT

Speeding — Michael O. Ellingsen, 66, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Chad A. Ehlers, 44, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Eron J. Platt, 44, of Coon Rapids was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served two days, may serve balance of 29 days on home detention/electronic monitoring with alco-sensor at defendant’s own expense, two years supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and pay any costs, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of operate vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Rebecca Jo Allen, 30, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of fail to change address/name within 30 days; fined $20.

Hunter J. Cox, 20, of Fairmont had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
